These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 10win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 10win website, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet or promotion offered on the platform, you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 10win platform and close any active account. Continued use of 10win following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 10win, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, basketball, UFC and other markets), live casino, slots, keno, and all promotional offers. Additional terms specific to individual products or promotions may apply and will be communicated at the relevant point.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or use any service offered by 10win. The platform operates a strict 18+ policy. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 10win reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Access to and use of 10win may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 10win is lawful in your place of residence or access. 10win does not provide legal advice or guarantees regarding jurisdictional legality. By using the platform you confirm that you have independently verified that participation is permitted under applicable local law.

2.3 Single Account. Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active 10win account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To access the full range of 10win services, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information requested by the platform for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

3.2 KYC Verification. 10win may require you to submit identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before processing your first withdrawal or at any time at the platform's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10win login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. 10win will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 10win support immediately.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 10win reserves the right to suspend accounts where registered information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or deliberately misleading.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 10win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via supported PKR payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods and their limits are displayed within the platform and may change from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your 10win account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 10win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system interruptions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. 10win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals of significant amounts.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on 10win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. 10win does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider is a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is confirmed, 10win reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit any associated balance, and recover disputed amounts through legal means.

5.1 General Wagering Rules. All bets and wagers placed on 10win are subject to the product-specific rules applicable at the time of placement. In the case of sports betting, the specific event rules and settlement procedures are published within the sportsbook section. For casino and slot games, the rules are contained within each game.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. 10win reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to: bets placed on events where 10win has evidence of match-fixing, bets placed in error due to a manifest pricing error, and bets placed by accounts under investigation for suspicious activity.

5.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, technical errors that caused incorrect odds to be published, or where it is determined that the bet contravenes these Terms. Void bets are refunded as account credit.

5.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets at 10win may be suspended or closed at any time. Bets accepted prior to suspension are honoured subject to the event's outcome. 10win is not liable for technical delays in displaying live odds that may affect a user's betting decision.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers available on 10win are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible products are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other methods designed to generate guaranteed profits from promotions — is strictly prohibited. 10win reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and winnings derived from abuse, and to terminate the relevant accounts.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 10win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any modification will not affect bets or bonus balances already accepted under the prior terms of that promotion.

10win is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a suite of tools accessible from your account settings, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time limits and reality check reminders
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension)
• Self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure)

Self-Exclusion. If you choose to self-exclude, 10win will use reasonable efforts to ensure that you cannot access the platform for the period selected. You must not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account. Breaching a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 10win platform:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial crime through the platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or glitches to obtain credits, winnings, or access
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 10win staff or other users
• Any conduct that 10win, in its sole discretion, determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or harmful

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and data on the 10win platform are the exclusive property of 10win or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without express written consent from 10win.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services; errors or omissions in the platform's content or functionality; or losses arising from betting or gaming activity.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 10win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability. Your use of 10win is entirely at your own risk.

11.1 Amendments. 10win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.2 Account Termination. You may close your 10win account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. 10win may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

11.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive any termination of your account or these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10win is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 10win platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
